Getting started
From sign-up to a live agent answering your calls — here's the whole path. It takes about two minutes to a working test call.
1. Create your account
Head to the app and sign up. As soon as you're in, Aurtio opens the agent builder for you — there's no empty dashboard to figure out first.
2. Start from a template
Pick the template closest to your business — clinic, salon, real estate, coaching, restaurant, gym, or dealership. Each one comes with a greeting, a persona, and the details it should capture already written. You can change any of it.
3. Test the call in your browser
Before your agent ever takes a real call, you can talk to it right in your browser — no phone number needed. Say a few things the way a customer would, and tweak the greeting or questions until it sounds right.
4. Get a number and go live
When you're happy, get a phone number: buy one from available stock, or forward your existing business line so callers keep dialling the number they already know. Your agent starts answering immediately, 24/7.
Every call your agent handles becomes a record you can open later — a chat-style transcript, plus any lead or booking it captured.
