Aurtio runs on a single credit balance. The model is deliberately simple, so you can always predict what you'll use.
One credit is one minute of talk time
When your agent is on a call, it uses one credit per minute. A five-minute call uses about five credits; a thirty-second call, about half a credit. That's the whole model — there's nothing else to learn.
Credits are for talk time
Credits pay for one thing: minutes of answered calls. A phone number is ₹450 per month, billed separately — it never touches your credit balance. Two simple meters, nothing hidden in either.
Pay only for what you use
There's no fixed monthly minimum just to keep your line answered. Quiet week, fewer credits used. Busy week, more. Your balance always reflects real usage.
