Get a number
Your agent needs a phone number to answer real calls. You have two ways to do it — and both keep you in control.
Option 1 — Get a number from Aurtio
Open the Numbers page and pick a number from the available stock. A number is ₹450 per month, billed separately — credits stay for talk time only. Once it's yours, connect it to an agent and it starts answering right away.
Option 2 — Forward your existing line
Most businesses don't want to change the number printed on their cards and signboards. You don't have to. Set up call forwarding on your existing Jio, Airtel, Vi, or BSNL line so calls route to your Aurtio number — your agent answers, but callers still dial the number they always have.
Conditional forwarding (busy / no-answer) is the safest setup: your own phone rings first, and only unanswered calls reach your agent. If Aurtio is ever unavailable, your line behaves exactly as it did before.
Numbers are stock you subscribe to — there's no “request a number and wait” step. Pick one, connect it, done.
